Cheerful Pencil Holders

If you have lots of pencils and pens laying all around your apartment and don’t really have a nice holder to put them in, then why don’t you make one yourself? This button jars are simple to make and they look neat, minimalistic and with just a little dash of colour. They are perfect addition for any working space!

All you need are some colorful buttons, an elastic band, a jar and a pair of scissors.
And here are the simple instructions:

• Thread the buttons onto the elastic band through the diagonal holes making the elastic band depending on the size of the jar. When done, tie a knot and distribute the buttons even out on the band.

And now you are good to go – your cheerful pencil holder is done. Simple as that! If you don’t have an elastic band, you can also use wire or just glue.
